TDI series conductive paste is the latest electrical contact coating with good electrical performance developed by our company. It is identified to be suitable for coating the overlapping surface of copper and copper, copper and aluminum, and aluminum and aluminum busbar. Instead of the tin lining (plating) process of the busbar end, it can prevent the oxidation and electrochemical corrosion of the busbar contact surface caused by the erosion of atmosphere and corrosive agents, so as to stabilize the contact resistance of the contact. TDI series conductive paste can be used in the range of -60 ℃~200 ℃, and has the properties of no loss, no aging, no cracking, no mildew, no volatilization, no odor and no toxicity. TDI series conductive paste coated on busbar joint can reduce the contact temperature rise by more than 30%. For example, the combination of copper and aluminum protective joint coated with conductive paste has better effect.
